We do not collect or process payment card details on this website, as Vanraaz currently does not operate an online payment gateway. All payment arrangements (advance booking amount, balance payment) are handled directly via bank transfer, UPI, or in person — details of which are shared with you individually and not stored on this website.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location (city/ country level), and pages visited, through standard analytics tools, to help us understand and improve our website's performance.

The information you share with us is used solely to:

• Respond to your safari inquiry and provide package details, pricing, and availability

• Coordinate logistics such as permits, naturalist guides, transfers, and accommodation on your behalf

• Web3Forms — processes and delivers form submissions from our website directly to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not use your data for any purpose beyond this delivery.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you click our WhatsApp contact button, you are redirected to WhatsApp's platform, which is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Hosting & Infrastructure Providers — our website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure that may log standard technical request data for security purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Information about minors travelling as part of a family booking (such as age, for safari eligibility purposes — children under 5 are not permitted on jeep safaris per Forest Department rules) is collected only from the accompanying parent or guardian who submits the inquiry.

Vanraaz is based in India and primarily serves travellers visiting Jim Corbett National Park, including international visitors. If you are accessing our website from outside India, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in India, where our servers and business operations are located, and where data protection laws may differ from those in your home country.
